Hi! I'm Sarah and I own this tiny jewellery shop 🫶

Originally established in September 2021 under a different business name, Mushmoon came into existence after a rebrand in 2023. I work primarily from a portable desk in the lounge of my tiny apartment where I live with the two loves of my life - hubby and cat - and I hope to have my own office space one day!

After many attempts at many different 9-5 jobs in my life, I found polymer clay around a year into my jewellery adventure after the lockdown chaos of 2020, and it quickly became my favourite medium to work with - allowing so much freedom and creativity while remaining entirely lightweight! In late 2023 I decided to put my earnings into a 3D printer so that I could experiment with designing & printing my own polymer clay cutters to tailor my work. Now, approaching the end of 2024, most of my newer launched designs are original and entirely unique to Mushmoon (and the wearer!)

Thank you for being here and reading all of this! Here's a few silly things about the person making your jewellery 🫶

🦊 Almost 30, still figuring out what I want to do when I grow up!

🤎 Very in love with Mr. Mush, my life partner & technical advisor 🫡 he's often in charge of the 3D printing side and managing my brain 🥲

🍄 Cosy aesthetic lover - incense, blankets, warm earthy colours, cuddles with the cat (Jessie) 🥹

🌿 Predominantly an online seller, but you might find me hiding out at an occasional creative market in Kent!

🌻 Recently diagnosed with ADHD & feels very strongly about neurodivergence & mental health awareness

✨️ Feels a similar strength about body positivity, mindfulness & personal growth

🦦 When not creating, you'll find me curled up with a cosy video game or contemplating life's true purpose (sometimes at the same time)
